Seminar/Meeting Room

Room capacity: 40 Lecture theatre style or 25 Banquet style.

The meeting room space is fitted out with all your AV and Sound system requirements with the flexibility of utilising the room in a lecture theatre format or banquet style for sit down meals and events. Some key features include:

  • State of the art Sound system with wireless microphone
  • 1 x 3 metre projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations
  • Individual hearing loop system
  • Wi-Fi available
  • Tables and comfortable chairs
  • Fully air-conditioned.
  • Catering can be supplied from our 5 Star fully commercial kitchen as required
  • Meeting Room dimensions are 11.1m Deep x 7.5m Wide

Hire includes:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Use of in-built sound system and projector screen as required.
  • Catering as required (additional charges apply)


Hire Fee:

  • $350* per day + GST (max 8 hrs)
  • $200* per 1/2 day + GST (up to 4 hrs)
  • 50%* Discount for Churches of Christ Qld staff functions
  • Additional charges may apply for AV support; catering, special requests.
  • Additional charges may apply for venue setup & pack down.

Auditorium

Room capacity: 350 Lecture theatre style or 200+ Banquet style.

The state of the art auditorium with the flexibility of utilising the room in a lecture theatre format or banquet style for sit down meals and events. Some key features include:

  • PA and lighting system.
  • Lectern with microphone
  • 2 x 4 metre side projector screens for PowerPoint or video presentations
  • Large centre screen above stage for PowerPoint or video presentations
  • Individual hearing loop system
  • Public Wi-Fi available
  • Round tables and comfortable chairs
  • Fully Air Conditioned.
  • Catering can be supplied from our 5 Star, commercial kitchen as required (see catering pricing)
  • Auditorium is 28.8m Wide x 16.5m Deep. Stage is 12m W x 5.5m D.

Hire includes:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Use of PA system, projector screens, lectern as required
  • Note: Should an AV technician from Brisbane Concert Lighting may be required to host your event due to specific AV requirements. Additional charges will apply
  • Catering as required (additional charges apply)

  • $700* per day + GST (max 8 hrs)
  • $400* per 1/2 day + GST (up to 4 hrs)
